Emo Night Brooklyn is back at the House of Blues Anaheim Parish Room on July 26, 2025. DJ Reece Alan got the crowd going for another mosh pit packed show. After his intro song he called for the crowd to split into two sides. On his command, he had the crowd scrambling to the center for a crazy mosh pit. The crowd did not disappoint. The energy was high and the crowd was ready for more.

From there on out, the mosh pits were going for almost every song, keeping the energy alive. I jumped in to take a few shots trying not to get murdered. My equipment and myself are safe, if you are wondering.

The theme for the night was this night was better than Van's Warped Tour. Reece made several jokes throughout the night and the crowd loved it! Partially because it was true. Regardless, any event with Reece and Emo Night Brooklyn is a great time. He played so many all time favorites such as, "Hey There Delilah" and "I write Sins Not Tragedies" to System Of A Down (my personal favorite) and at one point, making tribute to Ozzy Osbourne with "Crazy Train".

Wait, did I mention the mosh pits? They were wild! At one point, there was water all over the floor, with people shoving and swinging. Obviously, I had to get smack in the center to get some great photos, I held on to my gear while I tried to sneak in and was able to get right in the center of it, with some very close misses. I even lost my flash diffuser, luckily no damage was done.

Everyone was having a great time, whether you were up front enjoying the music, on stage dancing along with Reece, hanging back vibing or in the thick of the mosh pit. This show was bringing out the emo in everyone. I can confidently say everyone who was at House of Blues, did not seem disappointed. Warped Tour who??
